I am a dynamic, results-driven leader with a passion for growth, continuous learning, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

What excites me most in my career is designing and optimizing world-class customer success systems that drive engagement, loyalty, and long-term success. I thrive on the challenge of leading diverse teams, fostering collaboration, and using strategic communication, innovation, and problem-solving to turn complex challenges into opportunities for impact.

Beyond my career, I bring the same energy and enthusiasm to life. You’ll find me snowboarding down fresh powder, painting, propagating plants, gardening, discovering the next great sushi spot, working out with Peloton, rockhounding, hiking, or cooking up something new.

I’m also a dedicated advocate for animal welfare and a proud rescue parent to Annie and Luna. Supporting local shelters and giving back to my community is deeply important to me. I previously managed a 22-acre farm and remain committed to educating others about sustainable food systems.

Volunteer Work // 

Volunteered for community gardens, food pantries, and animal shelters. I worked on grants with the USDA/NIFA to provide food sources for rural areas.
